Definition of transport package test

It can be divided into three types:

One is Non-Simulation test that is ISTA 1, another is General Simulation test that is ISTA 3, and Focused Simulation test, which is ISTA 5.

Why do we test in the lab?

1. We can creat a miniature universe;
2. The product could be easily controled;
3. The product could be easily observed;
4. We can reduce cost.

1. Verify the reliability of transport package design
2. Evaluate the cost reduction plan by test
3. Reproduce and resolve existing problems in transportation
4. Client’s requirement

Package test items

1. Environment and climate, temperature and humidity;
2. Compression: stacking/loading, clamping;
3. Impact: drop, incline, shock;
4. Vibration: fixed frequency, scan frequency, random frequency.
