In 2003, the company operated in the name of Kent, the investor. In 2004, Hangzhou hangmei Quality Technical Service Co., Ltd. was formally established. It mainly carried out the performance test of ceramics, glass and candle, and the transportation test of packaging products.
In July 2004, it was approved by ISTA with the scope of ISTA 1a and 2A.
In November 2008, it was approved by CPSC of the United States.
In January 2011, it passed the measurement certification assessment of Zhejiang provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, with the CMA certificate number of 2011111372.
In October 2013, the company officially moved to Sandun taineng Industrial Park.
